kind messages

Kind words, safe and calm.

Kind Messages are supportive, anonymous notes, a safe and calm place to feel less alone for a moment, built on kindness, not on social pressure or a public identity.

Not mental health support. Kind Messages are not therapy, crisis support, emergency care, or a replacement for professional help.

how it works

Send care. Answer gently.

Write something you carry, or rest with a note from someone else and answer with a kind reply. The experience is a calm space, intentionally anonymous: no names, no public profiles, no pressure to perform.

Each message travels to one unknown person, chosen at random. Once a reply arrives, that exchange is complete: there are no threads or follow-up conversations, and you may never cross paths with the same person again. One brief moment of care, and then it gently lets go.

We care about you.

important notice

Kindness is not crisis care.

If you may hurt yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a trusted person immediately. Anonymous messages can offer gentle encouragement, but they are not a substitute for therapy, medical care, crisis support, or emergency help.
